Powered by AI, the solution suggests volunteers based on their specific skill sets and track records. For example, in case of a weather emergency, the platform will select a volunteer who was already involved in response and recovery efforts during a similar incident in the past. It eliminates the need to screen hundreds of volunteers to find the right people.
